Pick Up Policy
How it works:
- Random drop-ins won't work for us as we do need to pop out to run errands and whatnot.
- Select the Pick Up option at checkout from the Delivery Methods.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please reply to that email and tell us what time you would like to come by (within our Pickup Hours).
- We will get back to you as soon as possible and work with you to schedule a time that works for both of us.
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (exceptions are posted below).
Pickup Hours:
Pickup hours change according to our availability and will be updated here.
Normal Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10am to 8pm.
Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 6pm.
Exceptions:
Exceptions will be posted here as necessary.
Pickup Location:
Curbside at 2330 Maple Street, Vancouver, BC.
